Politicians Running the Healthcare System will be Dangerous!

Dr. George covers possible changes in the healthcare law going forward. It’s good to see insurance companies pulling out of mergers. These companies were growing so big the government would have to bail them out when they started to fail. Hopefully we have reached a stabilization of the health insurance market. Dr. Price the new HHS Secretary has all the power to fix Obamacare. The HHS is set up to set the rules and regulations for ACA. The good news he’s a small business owner and he understands the Doctors and patients needs.

System based medicine is a standardization of procedures, treatments and overall care. We have seen this in the public school system and it doesn’t work. Fitting different people who have different needs under one system will wind up disastrous. There doesn’t seem to be continuity in the standardization as well. They plan to break up the labor between technicians instead of having a Doctor oversee the whole treatment. It’s clear the idea will hurt people if implemented. How are doctors supposed to follow this system after taking the Hippocratic Oath?

When did the politicization of healthcare become acceptable? We suddenly need politicians to instruct the doctors how to treat patients. Most of these politicians know nothing of medical practices. Dr. George can’t see why anybody would want healthcare run by politicians.

Is it possible to breakaway for the political-social paradigm? It’s clear that both sides are using the force of government to achieve their social goals. Worst of all it seems like corporations are guiding these social policies. Do the people run the government or does big business? Pay attention, don’t let your government get away from you.
