Set Apart Farms Positively Sits Apart
In case you missed it, Angela Hollon joins Dr. George to discuss Set Apart Farms, a Veteran operated non-profit program created by both her and her husband to focus on healing Veterans and their families with an approach that emphasizes healing the mind, body and soul instead of managing chronic conditions.
About Angela Hollon
Angela has a background in public speaking, nonprofits, marketing and sales, and holistic wellness education. She has been featured and interviewed on multiple talk radio shows, podcasts, T.V. and magazines throughout the country. She currently is a consultant with multiple organizations advocating for Veterans, Families and the fight against Child Trafficking. From military wife to Veteran advocate, Angela experienced firsthand the highs and lows of being married to a combat Marine.
This journey led to the creation of Set Apart Farms, a Veteran operated nonprofit with a focus on healing the entire family holistically with a mind, body, and soul approach. Faith-led and family driven, they are doing things a better way.
Through this journey Angela gained education and personal experience in working with the VA, conducting Congressional inquiries, holistic wellness and health and advocating for Veterans and their families. All of these experiences put a fire inside her to continue this work for all Veterans and their families.
At Set Apart Farms, healing Veteran families is our focus. We have a 3-component program that empowers and educates Veteran families to recover together and reconcile all barriers holding them back from living the life God has planned for them. God has led us to gather and heal His people. The family unit matters, and we are here to bridge the broken gap.
Faith and freedom lead us to the roots of a strong family unit. With this strong foundation we can then heal and recover from past trauma and pain. The family unit matters, and we are here to fight for Veterans and their families.
