Dr. Leonard Fazio, D.D.S. completed his Maxi residency at Tufts University Dental School in Boston. He is certified in the fields of Biologic Dentistry, Biological Oral Surgery, and Dental Implantology. At present, approximately only about 65 dentists globally have received this level of education.
