Cryptocurrencies seem to be the newest and hottest buy recently. Today on The Bubba Show, Bubba has called in an expert to discuss the world of Bitcoin and others. Stan Larimer, CEO of Cryptonomex, is the technology expert of the cryptocurrency space. Bubba asks Stan to explain the blockchain technology, how and why it works.
According to Stan, Bitcoin is comparable to a Model T in almost every way. It is old and slow, and transactions have become expensive and time-consuming. Stan talks about the FED and the problems created by their currency manipulation. Stan believes the FED is responsible for many of the problems we have.
Bubba asks Stan to explain what happened with Mt. Gox and how they absconded with all money. Stan talks about the human involvement in Mt. Gox and asserts that is why the money disappeared. Stan believes the only way to make this work is to allow the system to work.
Bubba and Stan discuss Bitshares, as well as the other available choices in cryptocurrency. Stan tells Bubba about The Billion Hero Campaign, a game created to educate people about the cryptocurrency world.
