INDIANAPOLIS – The Facebook group, Citizens For Living Liberty United founded by Tim Dyer and other Hoosiers are gathering for a Memorial Day rally in Indianapolis that calls for the immediate re-opening of Indiana as opposed to Governor Holcomb’s overly-complex 5-phase plan, that has angered many residents and left others confused as to what is and what is not allowed per the governor’s plan.

Memorial Day Rally to REOPEN INDIANA !
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA – This is the immediate action of Citizens for Living Liberty United.
The state government must be held accountable for what has been done to the citizens of this state whom they were elected to protect.
The aims that were secured in the document that stands as the supreme law of this state, the Constitution of the Indiana, have been violated. We defend the rights held by all citizens of Indiana, foremost being that “all power is inherent in the people.” All free governments are founded on the authority of the people and are instituted for their peace, safety and well-being.
As an organization, we plan to do the following:
- IDENTIFY the harms and grievances that have been caused the abuse of power by our elected officials and their agencies.
- INVESTIGATE the unlawful behavior that has produced these harms, and;
- INITIATE prosecution by both civil and criminal lawsuits to hold these public “servants” and other agencies and offenders accountable for their actions and prevent this from ever happening again.
Please join us in our endeavor at the Indiana World War Memorial Freedom Rally, located just to the north of the circle in downtown Indianapolis.
