Shot Heard ‘Round the World: Pardon Assange, Snowden & Ulbricht

January 20, 2021
Re: A Shot Heard ‘Round the World

Dear Mr. President,

Lives, fortunes, sacred honor: such is the pledge our Founding Generation affixed their names to when signing the Declaration of Independence, the original BREXIT. Such is the essence of the cost borne unto elevating the Glorious Cause of individual Human liberty. Many of the 56 signers went on to lose their families, their businesses, and some indeed their lives, a heavy price to be sure, but still now wholly deserving of the unyielding thanks of every man, woman and child these 244 years thereafter.

They are Never Letting You Go

Mr. President, surely you understand, the Political Class to wit you exposed along with their inter-administration sycophantic bureaucrats & criminal “intelligence” apparatchik over the past four years, i.e. the DEEP STATE, never intend to allow you or your family peace. Even now radical left malcontents froth at the opportunity to organize the federal government’s power into a new domestic secret police to punish anyone who dare supported you in your efforts to cut the red–tape of government, return the people’s wages to their own pocketbooks, and who more than anything appreciate in toto, the yeoman’s effort to wit you embraced General Washington’s wisdom: avoid foreign entanglements, the latter being the prima facie catalyst for the DC-establishment’s ire.

Thus regardless of the validity of the rumored threats attributed to Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) warning you against pardoning Julian Assange, lest face conviction in the senate unto SHAM-peachment 2.0, the hours before noon on January 20, 2021 will be the defining moments of your presidency for better or for worse.

Stand Now Mr. President on the Shoulders of Giants

In one of the many “amendments” to the jurisprudential maxims of Western Civilization authored by American Patriots: revealing the crimes of others is not and cannot itself constitute a crime. This very American precedent dates back to before ratification of the U.S. Constitution, took place during our war of secession from the British Crown, and was aided in-kind by General George Washington himself.

Specifically, Samuel Shaw and Richard Marven, both naval officers, exposed the torture and mistreatment of British prisoners of war by Commodore Esek Hopkins the first Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Continental Navy, who promptly dismissed the two men from the navy, then sought to sue both men for libel for exposing his fetish of torture. Moreover, it is said that George Washington himself in conjunction with the Continental Congress cobbled together the first “Go Fund Me” to pay for the legal defense of Shaw & Marven against Hopkins’ frivolously shameful lawsuit. Both Shaw & Marven were in the end exonerated.

Therefore Mr. President, for the direct benefit of the Republic, all good Patriots herein and our posterity, please aide this Twenty-First Century salvation of the Glorious Cause by pardoning not only Julian Assange, but Edward Snowden, and Ross Ulbricht as well. For such will be a nearly incalculable value in countering the DEEP STATE, which now seeks, just as it has since opposing our separation in 1776, to rule over us all.

God speed Mr. President, and may Divine Providence bless you with the courage to act.

Sincerely,

Allison Bricker

It is her view that the U.S. Constitution is the most eloquently written attempt by humanity to date, designed to restrain a government. However, even in its beautiful simplicity, the document, as witnessed by the current reality of American life whereby the central government decrees authority to assassinate & indefinitely detain American Citizens without evidence/trial, torture [read: NDAA of 2012], endlessly spy, molest any/all who travel, hands authority over monetary policy and the currency to a private central bank, succinctly illustrates the document failed to stop the relentless onslaught of Authoritarians who seek to rule over a free & peaceful people. However, she feels perhaps said criticism is more aptly directed towards both ourselves and our ancestors in failing to properly exercise the eternal vigilance demanded to keep the small cabal of tyrants that have in a myriad of ways sought to enslave and reduce the Liberty of humanity throughout the ages. Thus, when not interviewing the best and brightest voices in the Liberty Movement, she regularly cheer-leads and advocates for individuals to peacefully withdraw consent and nullify the sociopaths occupying “The District of Criminals,” ergo D.C.

Articulating truth and elevating principles long established in defense of the Glorious Cause, ought never be considered a waste of time. Don’t give up the ship.
