Forcing New Laws on your Neighbors is Destroying the Country

Congress being out of session for a few days might be a good thing for the healthcare bill. The new healthcare bill being proposed isn’t a replacement, it’s not a repeal, it’s more of the same. The bill drops more tax dollars into exchanges that are already going bankrupt. There is no reason to prop up a bad system with more of the same failed policies.

Finding the failure in Congress is all about following the money. Aids and interns seem to be running capital hill and writing the bills while the congressmen are sitting around collecting paychecks and accepting lobby deals.

Many of societies problems can’t be fixed by the force of government. The solutions come from free thinking people. When government tries to carry the unfortunate few at the expense of the many, everyone winds up with a lower quality of life while the connected get rich and powerful through the new government programs.

With more and more people jumping on political sides, we continue to watch the decay of our country. The solution doesn’t seem to be violence or politics. It’s time for the people to come together voluntarily, create solutions and respect each other.
