Time for Baseball Playoffs

The NBA is doing all it can to stay in the news this offseason! Former Knicks all-star Carmelo Anthony is on his way to Oklahoma City to join the likes of Russell Westbrook and Paul George. Will it be enough to win a championship? Most likely not.

Baseball playoffs are finally here. We’ve got the wildcard games Tuesday and Wednesday before the start of the division series. The Astros have been looking really good since they acquired Justin Verlander and will have a powerhouse matchup against Chris Sale and the Red Sox.

Witz keeps up his impressive underdog picks as both TCU and Kentucky covered this past week. Penn State won on a wild last second play on a ball that was mere centimeters from the Hawkeye safety. Michigan also hung tough against Purdue and came to life in the fourth quarter.

The wild, wild NFL continues and it’s hard to get a gauge on any given team. The Pats almost cost Witz and Roz their survivor pool, but Touchdown Tam saved the day again. Roz’s Packers absolutely shut down the Bears on TNF. This could be the end of Mike Glennon.
